Hello,

In fact, the legal age of settlement, subject to having 160 quarters at least, is 60.

This will give you a pension at the earliest in 2015 with a 10% bonus on your pension.

If you leave before you will incur a discount of 2% per year.

But if 2010 is the law applied to you, the legal age of liquidation rights will be 61 years, using the progressive rule.

Check with your pension fund, it is time to s 'interest in them.

Warning, if you are a public servant treatment is different, and actually you should already be in retirement.

Yours ,
