Just to know if the consuel has the right to enter to verify that the building permit has been met.

consuel is there to verify compliance electrical installations. He can not do that on returning to the home. It is not there to verify compliance of construction with respect to building permits.

ERDF is requesting the permit for a new building but they will not necessarily control. they will just visit for an estimate of installation of equipment connection.
consuel The control will do a documentary with the requested documents, unifilare diagram, site plan, description of the facility ect but also a technical control on-site compliance with respect to documents presented, the permit is not required Costruire.
For power, it must be accepted and consuel No delivery point provided by ERDF, you are free to choose your company to supply EDF Poweo, Direct Energy, GDF, ect
