Hello everyone and thank you for accepting me on your forum.
I'm no electronics but I'd like to spend some time doing small edits.
My question today is: I have a transformer that delivers 12.6V AC at about 20A, I wonder if I can build a battery charger which will deliver 13.6V under 12à15A.
Thank you for your answer

to achieve a stabilized power

you need:
1 to 1 protection (fuse)
2 - part of recovery: a diode bridge
3 - party filtering: a chemical capacity
4 to 1 part Stabilization: IC (Integrated Circuit)
5 to 1 voltage divider or current or both its depent voltage and output current

your components will support your amperage and voltage

the output of this circuit, you will have a DC

for the magazine, I think we have added another block

good luck

You can also use the following components

- Your processor
- An inverter for loads inductive (for lighting eg TBT) of 500 W minimum
- A bridge rectifier 25A 100V minimum
- Ammeter 0-30 A

- a package suitable for mounting
- a flexible cable son 3 0.75 or 1.5 mm ² with plug 2 P + T
- a door fuse with timed fuse (2 A) or 2 A BREAKER
- 2 pieces of red and black wire, 2.5 mm ² minimum
- 2 clips to connect the cables Charge the battery

The drive is offered by most brands of electronic assemblies in kit

This list consists correspont what most commercial battery chargers

There is nothing in your answers if it is possible to mount the tension of a volt, Arcos question, I think.
There are voltage doublers, easy to find by typing the name in sunglasses.
he will rather play on the reduction of it!
It is not impossible, but why 13 rather than 12 V for charging ??
