Hello,
I built a garage with a flat on which you have asked a seal. I have a row of brick masonry around the garage on the slab at the top to the gravel I put on this panel will not fall (the gravel is there to absorb rainwater might otherwise have "lake" at the top of my garage). and I did stick to seal against the row of brick and on the dessus.problème when it rains, is that my garage walls are not wet the choice but to put couvertines. my concern is to paste these couvertines concrete because the mortar sealant does not fit on the seal (sealing the surface of aluminum). so if anyone can help me find a solution, it would be great.
thank you in advance for your answers

Hello,

I summarize: The slab serving as the garage roof is watertight. The tour of this slab is surrounded by a brick wall, itself sealed.
I suppose there is an evacuation, style PVC or zinc, diameter 100? The panel did a slope? The roof should it be used for anything other than hedging? One or two photos would be welcome

goodnight,
you very much summed up the situation. Indeed there is an evacuation of small diameter about 40 or 50 in zinc with a slope but some small place, the water remains and does not flow because I think the seal is inflated and blocks the passage of the flow but nothing serious. this panel will not help because I'm sticking to the neighbor can therefore do anything. for photos I can send her tomorrow because it is night.
voila thank you for your interest in my problem, good night
