Hello,
I am building a house in partnership with a contractor, I do masonry, carpentry and joinery and the rest by ourselves.

However, during the implementation of our house, the supervisor told us that the insulation of the concrete slab is no longer made by the mason and must be made by the tiler with polystyrene after the concrete slab is fired, it's a new standard.
So who would be at our expense.
I want to know who really has the burden of isolation the concrete slab and if done well to polystyrene after the slab so just before placing the tiles.
thank you

Hello jeredav

Indeed during the construction of my house is a tiler who has laid the insulation, then a layer of 4cm concrete before laying tile on his screed "lean" it I think.
Regards
