I have a headboard that has laminated oak stained strength to support my head (like fat). What product is most effective. I tried the product among other dishes, but to no avail.

Not covered if you want, but protected: varnish, wax. raw wood or (more rarely).
If we know what has been stained, easier to know how to clean it!
