Hello
I would like to know the best way to drill a 30mm hole in a sheet of zinc similar to those used for the cover of <1 mm thick.

Hole saw? Bit?

And cost as well do it!

Thank

Hello chris_brabant
acid To lower costs simply drill holes intersecting the 5mm and blow up the chisel edges are not separated.

hello

your saw bell will not cut your zinc

you need a bit and count roughly between 60 and 80 the drill with its axis and the wick

Hello,

For this diameter and this matter is, I would punch or cone drill (step drill):

or other type of tool:

( I used something like this to make a hole diameter cylinder door 48 in an aluminum plate of 5 mm with a drill press)

A +
