I design a system that detects bicycles (20 total) at full speed. Each bike must be differentiated from others and identifying collected by a woodpecker who sent the info to the PC. I first thought about RFID, but its normalization is burdened more complex the thing while in my case, it is not necessary. The mounted on the bike must be lightweight and inexpensive. It must be passive and just send its identifier to a fixed drive. And scope must be at least 6 meters.
Two elements embedded and the reader should be around 100 euros maximum.

A big thank you for your help
