I am sometimes
.. Finally, there are at least 2 years that I have not done but this time I'm gonna take williams pears. and I give you the recipe that I found on the internet and whose entire family was happy

Preparation time: 15 min

Cooking time: 20 min

1. We can use all the varieties of pear Williams, Beurre Hardy, Conference, etc.

2. Wash pears, peel and drain.

3. Remove seeds and granular center of the pear.

4. Cut the pears into small pieces in the jam.

5. Add sugar and cook them.

6. Cooking pear jam

Leave to boil for 15 minutes, stirring and skimming occasionally.


To know when the jam is cooked pear simply to test the cold plate: this test is to pour a drop of jam onto a plate so cold it freezes right away, it cooked.

7. Cooked jam pot and close immediately. Return the pot, careful not to burn yourself they are very hot. When the jars have cooled pear jam you can store.


Ingredients:

sugar: 650 gr
pear: 1000 gr

All this makes me hungry.
And to think I did a diet!
As they say: is not fat confit.
Regarding jelly is true that I'm generally not a fan and prefers jam but probably is what I accompany poorly.
