you get to The Little Book by Henry Granier learning to make bread Sourdough "editions in western France. Everything Is Explained Clearly On The pizza And Many Other Things With The dough.
Is What I Do and from what I'm Told it's not bad.

Hello Here Is The rule: for
Italian pizza dough 100pour100
- 1k
flour 1 to 1 tablespoon of sugar has cooked (but not too)
2 to 1 tablespoon baking yeast has
3 - from The Warm Water (Only the Amount you need)
3 - oregano
4 - - (it's very important) a small glass of olive lhuile
5 to 1 pinch of salt + pepper
