Hello!
That's my problem.
I had until now a computer (Windows XP) with outlook (call PC1).

I just bought a new computer (with windows 7 office 2010 pack) PC2

I installed and configured Outlook on the PC 2, and it seemed to work.
But when I receive messages on PC1, I open them and I read them, I can not receive them on PC2

So my question: How
ensure that I can receive and read my messages on both computers at different times?

Thanks in advance for your answers !!!!!

Hello, Actually it
Mail the application of a PC that will seek information on the server of your ISP. When the connection is made, messages are transferred from the server messaging application on your PC and therefore are not available for a second transfer. Two possibilities: Either you-check your email directly on the server and not using the messaging application on each PC.
-Or, when you read your messages on PC1, you contact the and receptionists on PC2. Attention, so that it works, do not do "send/receive" but only "send" button, close the mail and open that of PC2, otherwise you will immediately receive the messages sent on PC1 with PC1.

Maybe someone can help you there more !

Hello
receive messages on the second PC

must be the first PC when Outlook open
Go to Tools -> Accounts -> Right click on the email account -> Properties -> Advanced -> Check "Leave a copy of messages on server "
Repeat this operation on other accounts if you have several. Beware the 2 nd PC will delete messages from the server, thus leaving Outlook open all the time on the first PC to leave messages on the 2 PC

No, the messages that have been transferred once and stored the server will not be transferred a second time.
