Hello,
I suppose it is full of water, keep it, but to avoid accidents, cover it in a sustainable manner, plate concrete, with a hatch, you may use later, the water can be used to multiple uses CAP water water, watering your garden or lawn, or even for non-food uses, washing, toilets, ect.

hello

The regulation requires you to préserverl'utilisation groundwater. It is forbidden and therefore best to avoid pollution or contamination of groundwater in the area, or reduce the purity.
Therefore, protection of the opening is strongly recommended and its use.
Whoever contravenes the provisions of the Act, the regulations or a Minister's order, or fails or neglects to comply commits an offense.

Finally, if you do use, wells and boreholes existing home at 31 December 2008, should be declared. Look at the town hall.

But.. you can either ignore or law sola boune not use this well and cover it carefully even if only to preserve the dangerousness site.
