hello

the just water baseboards and tiles.
ground.. So

How did you make this play and especially soil?
The causes are varied:
cracks in walls
leaking pipes or overflowing gutters
problems leakage (walls, millwork).
porous building materials
difference between ground level outside (above) and inside (below) your home.
Some solutions:
microcracks: water repellent treatment
cracks averages: sealant and waterproof coating on the surface

porosity: water repellent or waterproof coating treatment
infiltration Lateral drainage or waterproof membrane

Search first possible causes and tell us !

goodnight

It is possible to eliminate your problem by removing just the building's water.

To do protect the foundation walls of moisture on the clearing 50cm and brushing with a tar, a drainage plan before patching along the perimeter of the house, level the field if possible as close to the level of the floor of the house (a leveling off of water away walls, eg create a sidewalk and retrieve eaus cde rain away as much as possible the gutters of your walls and channeling the rain by producing a network of ditches and drains
