I throw my bottle

The house is from 1930

upstairs rooms have a brick wall
2 bricks on the facade (outside) are damaged (water infiltration)
The roof is to 7 meters above the ground (basement embellished, DRC, 1etg)

My question:

Can I change the bricks on the inside?
Y there a workaround if this is not possible?

I did not scale as high and that's a little dangerous

Otherwise it would take a gondola (basket must permit + hiring quite expensive)

thank you, any response will be invaluable

Good evening,

From the inside, no I'm not sure!
You may drop things down, you will get a result ugly.
For sure the car is a bit expensive. Especially for two bricks.
But security

Good evening,
Agree with robin on the non feasibility. By cons, cheaper than a car, and also securing a scaffold.
Good luck
