Is it true that one should leave the door open between an electric oven when cooking a chicken? Whether or not to spit.
I personally find it silly!
Heat out of the oven and cooked it does not

First of all HELLO,
The fact opened the door should be, in case you're using the grill. (Rotisserie or not) the heat coming from the oven, it's true, but that is precisely why we must open it. If you leave it closed, the chicken will cook too fast for you to enjoy the taste and texture of a cooked chicken on the grill. In this case, it is not the performance that is sought, but a way of cooking.
