Hello
Check the charging, on if ignition on and engine off, if it is off, check the light bulb
If it is on, engine running, the alternator is probably involved. son and then check the alternator.
If the controller is easily removed without removing the alternator, disconnect the battery and remove it.
Look at the condition of the rotor rings, if worn (strongly marked trough) change the alternator assembly, otherwise only change the regulator, the carbons are often involved.
You can find this piece with the make and model of the alternator at the auto parts retailers or online

Hello, It's good
regulator coals (used) or the collector rotor worn, if you can, remove the regulator alone, taking care to disconnect the battery (negative terminal -), also controls wiring, terminals, lugs,
The controller comes in the form of a block built into the alternator fixed by 2 screws, the coals are integrated with it

Hello,

Yes, change it in full, by cons there are great rates on Internet by typing "alternator opportunity."
These are usually refurbished parts and guarantees !
