I am trying to repair a neon and there's a light that, the other a normally there is just the extrémitées that light up. I tested the neon lights are also good starters and I did a measure of voltage across the transformer on a 230 I and the other 0V.es Does failure come from there? Better buy a new one? Thank you

GOOD EVENING
Because your tensions ahead are good, vériviez the second transformer is well supplied with blood, and see if you have a voltage on its output, if not, it is Jean-Paul

Hello

must be replaced and the tube and the starter, the fact that there have zero volts on a transformer does mean that the tube is dead since the tube is in series with the transformer, the phase goes to the transformer and neutral on the tube, if not a transformer 220 in the two "resistance" on the tube is burned out!
How have you tested and the tube and the choke !

Hello

One starter is Hs. Attention, put starter known brand Philips, Mazda, Osram, ect. some starters cheap or unknown brands tend to damage the tubes because of ignitions long
