Spilled my son has the pot of corn flour on my carpet, so I Took my vacuum cleaner bag (nine) to vacuum my carpet and Suddenly I Received In The Year electric shock hand. Is my vacuum cleaner is dead? I DARED not reconnect, goal When I got my vacuum cleaner electric shock has not faded.
There Any Risks if I turn back?

Hello,
The discharge of a typical IS Static electricity discharge. If It Is
impressive and May Events hurt, It Is not Because Of dangerous very low intensity (a few "milli-watts).
This Is particularly Electricity created by rubbing certain materials (Such as The Rule On The sweater).
It Is Quite Likely Thats the thesis of cornstarch IS! (Cornstarch plastic one).
