Hello everyone, I'm
surgery very heavy.
This is to me the integral lumbar L1 L2 L3 L4 L5.

due to massive hypertrophy of the joint.

Yes, good question, why not a disc prosthesis (see the case!) it can still be able to bend, talk to your surgeon or get another opinion.
